Extraordinary service from a friendly staff that is always willing to help me, even when I'm constantly dropping by for adjustments! The owner Sal is amazing at picking frame shapes, and put me in the first pair of glasses that I truly loved - I seriously thought that would never happen for me. It's no exaggeration to say that Optiko has changed my relationship with my glasses for the better, and I could not recommend them more highly.

These people are absolutely amazing. I struggled for months and months going from eyeglass place to eyeglass place trying to get them to direct bill my insurance companies and my native status. And this lovely eyeglass store was the only one that said they were going to direct bill my insurance companies and my native status. They worked so hard to get my insurance working quickly and my native status. I was amazed by the excellent customer service. Then when it came time to go into the store and get my contact lens fitting and my glasses the person that helped me was Salam he was amazing at explaining everything to me. And they gave me lots of free stuff to clean my glasses and lens solution for my lenses. I could tell that this place didn't care just about how much money they made they really want to help you and they care about you. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go there.
