This is the best eyewear store in Calgary. They provide fantastic customer service at a very affordable price. Right from my eye exam to the consultation with Sarah for my frames, they were simply superb. Sarah made sure that i was 100% satisfied with my choice of lens and frames during my visit. Friendly staff however when it comes to ordering glasses or waiting on phone calls they're lackluster at best. Two days in a row I've been promised a phone call with an update if my glasses have been ordered, and both days I've had to call myself. Even after the call today I was told it's too late to talk to the supplier, and I'll be waiting until the 28th at the earliest to find out if my frames are ordered, or if I need to find a different solution. I understand it's busy, however this experience has been awful, and I'm not overly sure if I'll be getting the glasses I wanted. I hope this experience gets better, but I'm not confident at this point. Update. I was called on Dec 24th with an update as they went above and beyond to ensure my order was coming. I appreciate the effort and am glad I have came here.

Very happy with the excellent service from the staff. I had an eye emergency and they were able to fit me in ASAP. The doctor was extremely helpful and carefully examined my eye at every visit.
