I picked Optiko for my eye exam because of the good reviews it had received. I wasn’t disappointed; it was a great first experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure I understood everything they were telling me before I left and answered all of my questions.

I don’t usually do reviews but I really loved the staff here they are just super helpful, I brought a frame in to get it adjusted a while back and I was assisted by Bacheira and Jenny who both helped me they did an amazing job, my frame was super bent out of shape but they were able to help me get it back to almost normal. They were both was super nice as well, and was able to answer all of my questions. I definitely would recommend this optical for any small repairs you need.

I went there today to repair my 3 pairs of glasses(i am very sloppy person, so i break my glasses often), Glenda repaired my most favourite glasses for FREE, unbelievable!!! and she explains clearly why othe two pairs are non repairable, she is super nice, the store has great collection of glasses, so you should go to this store for any number of services, shoutout to Glenda 🙏
