We also have a Smart Stylist feature that can automatically apply the best options based on your needs.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! To track your order, simply enter either your order number or the tracking number provided in the purchase email we sent you. You can also visit our Order Tracking page to check the current status of your order.
How long do I have to wait for my glasses after Iโ€™ve placed an order?
The estimated wait time for your glasses is typically between 7-14 business days. Please keep in mind that if any items are back-ordered or there are Canadian holidays, the delivery may take longer, extending the wait time to approximately 14-21 business days.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer various shipping methods depending on the destination of your delivery. Our available options include UPS, Canada Post, Puralator, and FedEx. Rest assured, we'll choose the most suitable shipping method to ensure your glasses reach you safely and promptly.
Will I have to pay any taxes or customs duties?
Whether you'll need to pay taxes or duties depends on the destination country. All orders outside of the US, Canada, and Australia will be shipped with taxes and duties unpaid. In the event that your order incurs any taxes or duties, you will be responsible for covering those expenses. Please note these costs are non-refundable. \

Where can I get my prescription?
You can obtain your prescription from a qualified eye care professional, such as an optician or optometrist. After conducting an eye exam, they will provide you with your prescription.
Is it possible to order Steyelish glasses with non-prescription lenses?
Absolutely! You have the option to order our frames without prescription lenses. Simply add the desired frame to your cart and select the "non-prescription" lens option.
What about prescription sunglasses?
We offer an impressive selection of over 1000 different styles of sunglasses. Additionally, we provide more than 20 unique tinting options for your prescription lenses. You can even transform any of our eyeglass frames into a pair of sunglasses by selecting our Sun tint option.
Do you offer glasses that turn into sunglasses outdoors?
Check out our Premium Transitionsยฎ Light Intelligent Lensesโ„ข! You can add any eyeglass frame you like to your cart and then select Transitions when entering your prescription during the lens selection process. If you prefer a hassle-free experience, our Stylish Helper tool will bundle the frame and Transition lenses for you in a convenient package.
Are there any limitations for bifocals or progressive lenses?
For bifocals, please note that the frames must have a minimum height of 28mm to accommodate the lens design. As for progressive lenses, a lens height of 30mm is required to ensure proper functionality.

What is the Smart Stylist?
Our Smart Stylist is a valuable tool designed to assist you in selecting the best options for your eyewear frames. It utilizes recommendations from our eye care professionals to categorize options into Good, Better, and Best based on factors such as price and coatings.
How do I measure my frames?
Accurate frame measurements are essential when shopping for glasses online. To find the measurements, check the inside of the temple arm or nose bridge. You will typically find a set of numbers that represent the frame measurements. For example: 59/16 140. The first two numbers (i.e., 59) indicate the eye size, the second two digits (i.e., 16) represent the bridge size, and the last three numbers (i.e., 140) denote the temple size.

If you're unable to read the numbers on the inside of your frame, you can manually measure the frame. When measuring the frame width, start from one temple screw and measure to the other. For temple length, measure from the temple screw to the temple tip.
